SHOWROOM VISIT
Visit our Lakeview showroom to meet our team and explore some material samples. Bring or email any site photos, inspiration or information relevant to your project.
ON-SITE MEETING
On-site consultation and field measurements are a one time fee of $295. Once we know the dimensions, we get to design.

Plan & Design
DESIGN DRAWINGS
After a design retainer based on initial scope discussions is collected, we visit your site to assess measurements and share ideas about a design strategy. Our team creates CAD plans, elevation views, and renderings to explore possibilities along with initial cost estimates.
SCHEMATICS
No detail is left unconsidered. We create a visual design of the structure and function of your space. Drawings include cabinetry design, countertop design, tile patterns, lighting and plumbing fixtures, artwork and more.
FINISHES
We find that most clients like being integrated with some parts of the selections, while stepping back and allowing us to fill in the blanks where they aren’t as interested. Finish and fixture selection can be added on whenever you want our help and advice.

Permitting & Construction
We will design in conjunction with our partnered architects and structural engineers to coordinate and procure tailored permits based on design scope.
General Contracting
We’re a fully licensed & insured general contractor, with commercial general liability & worker’s compensation insurance. We only work with partners and tradespeople that we know deliver the highest level of craft.
Cabinetry Installation
Our team has extensive experience installing cabinetry and woodworking. Craft means everything to us, so we always bring precision and attention to detail when we install.
